The Senior Manager has mastered the skills and requirements of the Manager role and has been identified as having the potential to develop the requisite skills to grow into a future Director. The Senior Manager is developing greater leadership skills and continuously taking on greater responsibilities.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Consistently ensures effective utilization of staff through proper assignment and delegation of duties.
Consistently informs Director of engagement progress and difficulties encountered in a timely manner.
Ensures that billings are made, collections are current, and realization percentages are reasonable and within budget.
Accurately and promptly prepares administrative reports and complies with the administrative procedures of the firm.
Maintains control of engagement efficiencies and in teaming with the Director, directly controlling engagement profitability.
Maintains appropriate levels of documentation in maintaining client documentation (oral & written).
Strong GAAP knowledge
